Our return policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Other non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Certain health and personal care products

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons beyond our control

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or reduced-price items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@aeroluxe.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or if the person who ordered the item had it delivered to them first, the refund will be issued to them and they will be notified of your return.

Returns

📌 Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

📌 Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location.

📌 If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
